You'll lead proactive outreach to understand what's blocking users from getting value, guide them to the right platform features — particularly around 1st-life battery supply — and build the self-service infrastructure that allows our support to scale without adding headcount. You'll also run structured user research together with our product and analytics teams, feeding real buyer and seller insights directly into how we develop the platform.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of sales enablement, product feedback, and user education. You'll work closely with PO, Backend lead, Solution Architecture, and the sales team — handling technical onboarding and listing creation so that sales can focus on key account management and deal execution.
What You’ll Do
Drive transaction execution
- Take ownership of deals after commercial agreement
- Act as the main point of contact for buyers and suppliers during execution
- Coordinate all steps required to complete transactions (documentation, logistics, internal alignment)
- Proactively follow up with all stakeholders
- Identify and resolve blockers
- Ensure timely completion of transactions
- Actively engage with users in ongoing negotiations and transactions when progress stalls
- Identify high-intent users within ongoing platform interactions and flag them to Sales for commercial follow-up.
- Facilitate communication between buyers and suppliers to move deals forward
- Support interactions without taking over commercial ownership (no pricing or negotiation decisions)
- Ensure all required information and documents are complete
- Align closely with Sales Operations and Finance
- Track progress and ensure smooth handovers
- Guide customers through the final steps towards their first transaction
